1>You will work with latest and greatest technology which is demanding in Industry 2>You will get enough opportunity to grow yourself and to become full stack software engineer 3>You will not only grow coding skills but also many things to become a full self sufficient person to lead yourself in every situation in life and a leader to lead people.
Cons
1>Environment is very strict so if you make any small indiscipline action then you may have to deal with many unknown problems. 2>They are very sharp with time so if you have not given damn to time in your life there you cannot do this , if you do it be ready to face the consequences. 3>Dont be overconfident with yourself as they see all round aspect only working skills does not matter .
