Pros
I am a full-time Mobiuso employee. For me, one of the biggest pros of working here are the sheer variety of projects and technologies that I get exposure to. This goes a long way in avoiding stagnation and keeping me challenged and enthusiastic. The workforce is a good mix of youth and experience. Getting to work with people and on projects from multiple domains definitely helps in broadening my horizons. Another pro of working here is the company' focus on developing the entrepreneurship skills of employees. This is done by empowering select employees to run the local units akin to small companies. This gives them valuable exposure to handling the day-to-day operations, administration etc., thereby effectively running a small company. This added exposure will not only stand them in good-stead, but also help in rapid expansion of the company without the top management becoming a bottleneck in terms of operations or decision-making.
Cons
On the flip side, co-ordinating between team in multiple locations can be an hurdle to smooth work progress. Resource planning, Technical Project Management, periodical code reviews needs to get better.
