Employees are friendly, work culture is good, there is flexibility of everything, they value emotions of their Employees. There are extra perks in form of incentives which motivates the Employees. They considered their employees as their asset and value them. They provide good amount of salary if you have ability.
Cons
As it is a start up so, Performance matters but that is something which is , everywhere.
