Amazing company to work for, with the rarity of the owners caring about every individual staff member. Hard work but very rewarding. At the heart of mococo is their customer service and the journey - this shows with the amazing repeat customers we have travelling from all over to experience mococos customer service. Cannot fault this company, excellent to work for and I feel proud to work for mococo and their owners

None at all terrible place

I had accepted my position and was told a start date and I waited for 4 weeks to start I had a family emergency resulting in me having to delay my start by a week so train had already started A week before I had to start I got a call saying my position was no longer needed even after I had signed the contract!!! They said they reviewed the stores sales and they didn’t have enough to “pay me” how unprofessional! Bur the store manager was stating on the WHATSAAP group that they had hit above store target????? Absolutely awful management kinda glad I’m not working there can’t imagine how the manager is treating the staff
