Pros

Might help you talk to peooke

Cons

Minimum wage, false promises, long hours, driving without compensation, MLM/pyrimad scheme feels. If they haven’t to teach you the difference between an MLM/pyrimad and their business than it isn’t that different.

Pros

Really love working with Mod Exposure and Car Keys Express. Been with the company for a year. Lots of hands on training, between sales and technical skills. It’s a small team environment so the culture is great because you really get to know your team because of that the company doesn’t experience turnover.

Cons

We work weekends. But it’s just Wednesday - Sunday. 40 hours.

We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience working at Mod Exposure. It's fantastic to know that you've been with us for a year and have found value in our hands-on training approach. Our small team environment is designed to foster strong connections and a great culture. We appreciate your dedication and understand the weekend schedule may be an adjustment. Thank you for being a valuable member of our team.

Pros

-I don't work there anymore

Cons

-poor management -poor communication (disorganized and no one knows what's going on) -if you are applying from Zip Recruiter, the job listings are all intentionally misleading. they miss represent the pay, and the job title and description have nothing to do with the actual job, the hope is that you will just say oh well and stick around by the time you realize you have been had.

Thank you for your feedback. Let’s take a moment to clear up some misunderstandings. First, it’s surprising to see claims of applying through ZipRecruiter, as we exclusively post on Indeed. This alone suggests there may be some confusion about your application process. You also mentioned that the role seemed “disorganized.” Often, stepping into a new role can feel overwhelming if expectations aren’t aligned, but it doesn’t mean the environment lacks structure. Our team is committed to a streamlined, efficient process, and many of our employees thrive in it. Regarding any misinterpretation of the position, we’re very transparent about our roles—our work is straightforward, and even visible at local Costco locations, where our Car Keys Express Techs consistently perform well, earning competitive salaries, and our van operators reach six figures. Lastly, it’s understandable that not every position suits every individual. We aim to provide a clear pathway for those ready to grow. While we regret that the position didn’t meet your expectations, we hope you find a role that’s a perfect fit for your career goals. Best wishes in your future endeavors.
