Pros
The pay is alright, I guess.
Cons
- High turnover, firings for no reason. Performance is irrelevant. They will find a personal reason to dislike you and they will get rid of you, and then talk about you behind your back. - Dishonest, hypocritical management.

Cons
Some people can’t handle not being spoon fed because it does require a lot of figuring out new problems.

- Toxic workplace environment
- Management is insulated and does not care about the concerns of employees
- Low pay compared to competition
- Clearly a profit driven company that will gladly treat their employees as commodities while spewing their nonsense “corporate values”
