This bank is good for freshers, they will hire anyone with little to no knowledge of banking, and they do not care of your background. This bank will teach you all counters, and you will learn all the basics of how the bank and the branch work. It is a very small bank and employees are not pressurised to leave the bank if they do not perform. Job security is at its peak here.

Some branches with less work will have good colleagues and will help you learn all the departments. Heavy branches won't care what you do and will have lots of work. HR is not existent for employees, they are only for the management. The management doesn't care about retention if you want to go from this bank.
