Pros
Good employee discount. Good sales. Good for college students. Good place to learn to work with different personalities. Mostly very good people. Flexible with schedule requests. Great place to learn customer service and cash register. Corporate has survived for a long time by taking steps to change with the times. CEO is a friendly guy.
Cons
Some aspects of management need improvement. There is favoritism. Hours can be slim. Benefits mostly unattainable. There is some corruption. They hire some questionable people sometimes, which saves them money but hurts the product. Closing locations. Cleanliness not a priority. CEO is older, may not be as aware.
