Pros
Great coworkers Pay weekly Flexible with the hours (They wanted 20 words minimum for the pros, I couldn't even find any pros about this company)
Cons
Management is horrible No commission for the shoes you sell Managers cheat on hours You only get 20% discount on every item, which sucks Because i think the associates should get more for all the work we do. Mangers don't have respect for the sales associates
