I have a manager who listens to my ideas and opinions, This is a stable industry so you never have to worry that you won't have a job. Managers go out of their way to accommodate anything within reason. You never stop learning and new tech is bringing a lot of positive changes to the field work. I have creative freedom in my job and can actually make a difference.

With New England weather, you never know what the day will bring. There will be times of OT but the managers try to give a good work/life balance during the busier months.

Good people to work with in the individual branches, corporate mgmt not great
