Pros
Flex hours, benefits, paid sick time, company parties, lots of pizza! Free coffee and snacks. Drama free environment: no gossip, rumors or toxicity!!! Professional growth is easy as management tries to give you responsibilities that reflect your strengths. A fun team from different backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. Paid dinners if you have to work late (or on weekends).
Cons
Can be stressful but communication often helps. Can be super busy, especially before product release. Can be very fast paced, not for people who can't think fast and pull their own weight.
