      Pros

      The company offering and supporting a great product, the OneView credentialing platform. We have great teamwork, leaders, and marketing. Define teams that work together, and a great CEO who ties the whole group together.

      Cons

      We are now larger than we have ever been, which just means I don't know everyone as well as I used to.
