Where do I begin!?!? This is a good ole boys club. The management is the equivalent of the TV show Jersey Shore in that they have inflated egos, ride the coat tails of previous success, degrade and speak horribly about consultants behind their back (Seen this in more than one office). When I worked there it was expected to at minimum to be there until 6 pm regardless of the situation. Management would leave early but then call you at your desk. While people can get rewarded in terms of compensation for hard work, you are only as good as your last 3 months. In my time there, I was in an office that at any given time would have approximately 10 people on staff at any given time. During this time I saw 15 people either get fired or quit due to the work environment. This alarming turnover rate is even high for the staffing industry. I saw a lot of good workers let go because their manager was not making his numbers.
