Below par wages , wage structure/increases poor Moral at all time low Senior/middle class management incompetent Senior managment either don’t know or don’t care about the toxic culture installed on the floor Treatment of staff is atrocious Notices handed in weekly , Irreplaceable experienced staff leaving on the regular ( management don’t seem to care) Very unorganised company People manage my skills non existent Management full of false promises HR no where to be seen .
