      Opportunity to be creative Small team of employees ensures one's suggestions being heard Strong work ethics More than satisfactory work stations Prime location

      Single person departments (less people to interact with) Non-flexible timings Quiet and boring work atmosphere Micro management of every task to ensure perfection (Should be a 'pro' for overall skill development and enhancement but goes over the top sometimes)

      Small company with growth opportunities...,. i enjoyed the exciting work though the salary scales should have been higher ... nice family culture

      Cons

      the company did not get a stead stream of work for the same type ... so it was difficult to grow and specialize in a particular technical area
