      Good for people from banking domain. Seniors are supportive. Freshers can work here to start your career but with less salary.

      Cons

      No work life balance.Manager will force you sometimes to work on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are sent to client location then no flexible timings will be there. No comp off given if you work extra hours or days.
