Pros
I worked at MoeGo for over a year, joining right after graduation. Honestly, the colleagues I met there were incredibly talented - people who didn't get caught up in office politics but genuinely wanted to solve problems and deliver good work. As a fresh graduate, MoeGo gave me tons of opportunities to grow - sure, sometimes we worked late, but I always learned something valuable. What I appreciated most was how the company let me try different projects and roles, despite my limited experience. I remember once volunteering to take ownership of a small feature, and my leader trusted me without hesitation, letting me handle everything from design to launch - that kind of trust is hard to find at bigger companies.
Cons
Of course, there were downsides too. To be honest, the leadership was somewhat chaotic in terms of management. Priorities would constantly shift - something crucial today would be replaced by a different direction tomorrow, which was pretty exhausting for the team. However, just before I left, the company brought in several experienced managers, and I started seeing some positive changes - meetings became more efficient and decision-making processes clearer. Unfortunately, I'd already decided to pursue a new opportunity and couldn't see how things evolved after that. Overall, if you're someone who doesn't fear challenges and wants to grow in a fast-changing environment, MoeGo is definitely worth considering. "Challenge brings opportunity" - that saying is especially true there.
