      Pros

      Best Medical Insurance I ever been offered Opportunity for advancement , and they actually do it ( I started as a Janitor and have been promoted several times) Every major Holiday is paid Consistently offered overtime They are teaching me how to run a CNC Lathe and my other option was going to college for it

      Cons

      Union shop- as a new guy every time I promote I am low man on the senority and am working 2nd shift. Have to work some Saturdays

      Pros

      Private company, close to home, good benefits, good work culture, and fantastic flexibility. I have a future here and good support. I hope to retire from here

      I wear a lot of hats, so it can be stressful when it gets busy. Lacking a good 401k, and vacation time could be better

      Clean shop and they invest in the latest tech.

      Cons

      No Christmas bonus. No profit sharing to speak of. Total lack of appreciation for what we do on the shop floor.
