Pros

Amazing co-workers (non-managerial), strong pride among employees on the front line and customer care.

Cons

Management is as EGOCENTRIC (thinking only of oneself, without regard for the feelings or desires of others; self-centered) and if you are not an O'Connor you better not get comfortable in your job. They don't want your opinion but they want you to smile and agree.(no descent). They make decisions based on "if they like you" versus your quality of work and contribution to the company. They fire people at a whim and back date employee files to cover their tracks with false information. They have a "click" and if you are not in that "click" beware of your place. Management speaks ill of there merchant distributors and smiles to their face like they are best friends and expect you to do the same.

Pros

Nice people, great staff, great work culture.

Cons

Company struggles to make profit therefore results in laying off very frequently and lays off talented team members. Over 100 employers have been impacted. Benefits are horrible, almost taken away completely. Constant furloughing and lay offs. Upper management does not operate this company in a disciplined manner. To this day items are not even costed in the system, and there is huge discrepancies on what everything costs. A very poorly run business who just got acquired by a large conglomerate overseas and they could care less about the employees. They only care about the business turning a profit. My advice is to stay far away from working here. You will not be compensated well and if you are looking to build a career / yourself as a professional this is not a conducive environment.
