office environment you do alite bit of everything in the company bonus opportunities (based off of hotel upsells)
Cons
Shift availability and also based on seniority so new employees will 9-10 get the less desirable shift option (this does seem to be an industry standard so i don't hold it against the company as much. mid-week days off
