Pros

hours are early morning and can be done by 12pm so great for summer work

Cons

Assistant seem to be basics to her view on things and a little racists

Pros

Drive company car, supply cleaning supplies, coworkers are nice.

Cons

They are a terrible company to work for, they drug test regularly, and lie about the compensation, it’s entirely commission based 20% for team leads and they charge less then 200 per house on average regardless of how long it takes and will cut your pay for any expense they feel you should cover. They are not flexible with hours and will require you to leave to clean a house right before the end of your shift, they offer no benefits other then pto after a year and don’t allow you to take off for certain holidays. We cleaned the house of a friend of the owner and she was racist to the Hispanic team member and mean calling them over like dogs. I gave them a weeks notice because they require that or they cut your hours to minimum wage and the gm told me if I wasn’t going to continue training then I can leave and she’d have my hours cut regardless. They’re unprofessional and greedy please do not interact with this company.
