Pros
The management team at Moment so genuinely believes that the success of the company hinges on the development of its people at all levels. The company invests an unprecedented amount of time and energy into individual growth and mentorship. They are constantly organizing new skill workshops, open critiques and opportunities for individualized feedback, mentorship and support as individuals step into new skill areas and positions of leadership.
The role of designer at Moment is broad in scope and gives you ample opportunity to expand into new areas. Not only is there no formal differentiation between visual designers and experience designers, but designers also act as consultants and everyone is client facing right out of the gates. If you're interesting in developing any of the skill sets, Moment is a perfect place to make that leap.
The work itself is challenging, complex and diverse and the people are everything you could every want from a group of coworkers. Smart, open, supportive, fun.
Overall, Moment is an absolutely amazing place to work. I highly recommend Moment.
Cons
Honestly, nothing.
The benefits package is very good -- all the major pieces are there. I believe what they offer us a very standard PTO package (10 days a year plus national holidays)... Only wish would be to have more PTO each year to get out of the city.
