Pros
There are great people who are willing to work with you. It is a flexible work environment. There is growth in the company which leads to opportunities for employees to grow.
Cons
Because there have been acquisitions, we are still in a transition time bringing everyone together. This isn't fully a con because management is actively working to improve this and get everyone on the same page.
