It’s important to share this feedback directly with your manager, and he or she will be held accountable for working with you to improve your situation. Our policy is that the recruitment ad sales team is able to work in either a hybrid or remote environment today, however, there are times when additional time in the office is required based on business requirements or a team member’s sales performance. In addition, the recruitment advertising team continues to break its own records, with its highest month of sales ever in January, and its 4th highest month of sales in the shorter month of February. Because we sell on behalf of such a diverse variety of clients, every sales representative’s portfolio is different. If you are struggling to find success with yours, our team is eager to work with you to help identify why and make any necessary adjustments.
