The hours are flexible and there are always families looking for ambassadors. The staff is very friendly and easy to speak with. It is a young company that works to get any issues resolved if they do arise. Thanks to this job I met a wonderful family and established strong ties with them.

Pay scheduling was skewered at times and I had to verify every penny because it felt like I was not getting as much as what I had worked for. You have to be very careful to make sure you are imputing your hours regularly and checking in with them if anything is not correct on your pay stubs. Sometimes I had two pay stubs for the same month which was annoying and when I first started with them there was an issue with the bank so my first paycheck was late.
