      Having worked at other clinics, I can confidently say MonArk is doing wonderful work with clients and cares about their staff. Compassion and care are priorities and the level of supervision from experienced BCBAs is impressive.

      Cons

      Any cons brought forth to administration have been quickly addressed.

      Pros

      Everyone is so nice and willing to help you learn and grow! Not only Monark ABA as a company but your coworkers all want you to succeed and enjoy working everyday! Seeing kids learn and grow, and watching them build trust, is truly rewarding!

      Cons

      Vision insurance is every 24 months instead of every 12, But other than that I have enjoyed working with the Monark ABA Family!

      Pay was decent Some coworker were nice to work with

      TRAP agreement is reimbursed by paycheck they will take it all of they have too Some coworkers are just looking to get you in trouble
