Pros
-Some really lovely, good people there -Friendly, nice culture on the surface -Startup that is slowly expanding so very few levels of hierarchy
Cons
-Also a few bad apples there that act more like the bosses than the actual bosses when they’re not around so be careful as a new joiner -Appears otherwise at the start but unfortunately just like any other sales role there is fakeness, politics and backstabbing, except it’s more insidious here as it’s a small office -Typical cons associated with startups (lack of structure & low budget etc), just without the equity sharing or innovation lol -Will take few years and need a massive quantum to earn real money here as spreads are thin vs other products -Would NOT recommend taking people’s word at face value no matter how nice/genuine they appear.
