Requires self-discipline daily - no one is there to make sure you are doing your job. Expectations are not always clearly communicated. Extremely autonomous - not a great place for someone who likes to be told what to do.

Michael Monar is a dynamic training development and general consultant. He gives a lot of responsibility to his team, which means there are plenty of learning opportunities.

This is not a good environment for people who need clear instructions and rigid project frameworks. Part of Michael's style is to teach with minimal guidance and letting his team learn by figuring things out and making it work. This is great for some, difficult for others. The only other possible con is that interns are unpaid and the project manager gets paid a low salary.
