The people I worked with were great. Good team players trying to do the right thing for customers.
Cons
Upper management makes drastic decisions to reduce costs (increase profits) with dramatic results for customers. Mondi employees credibility suffers with customers due to the numerous plant closures, staff and cost reduction efforts.
