Pros
- very easy job interview - small company, everyone is young - young people, good first work experience - the product is cool - skilled PM, good agile work - ceo is trying
Cons
- forced return to the office but no space in the office - a lot of layoffs, but worst performers are never touched - zero benefits, no salary raises for many years, a lot of necessary costs cut because company has no money. Even if they become profitable the company is destroyed - performance review process is fake and broken. Old people get promoted even if they don't work or hate the company. Good performance is useless - bad management = no hope for the future. All managers just are yesman - 99% of the time you don't do nothing, and sometimes you have to work all the day because deadlines are invented the week before and nobody says nothing - architecture is in the hands of inexperienced people. Code is really bad, not a lot to learn, a lot of useless meetings to make them understand basic stuff - everyone good I know is doing interviews to leave
