      Pros

      - really smart people - transparent and approachable leadership - everyone is super friendly and willing to help you out - work is fulfilling - company still has so much room to grow and is hiring like crazy, good time to join

      Cons

      I started within the last few months so joining remotely and feeling like part of the group has been difficult. MongoDB did a great job at remote onboarding though.

      Pros

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
