      Great people, supportive environment, leaders who take action on employee feedback, great product and real career potential

      Cons

      Some internal scaling challenges because of fast growth but it’s nothing major, health/benefits package is good for an American company but better options exist in Canada

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
