Terrible work/life balance, no consequence for call-offs or lates, no punishment for laziness, no communication, managers play favorite blatantly, new "Paycom" system being abused to get more hours than what are worked and nobody knows how it works beyond "clock-in" and "clock-out", management is so removed from workers that they double staffing on certain weekends because one manager refuses to help if there's a call-off, management will not stand up to other departments for staff and increases workload for phlebotomists when we don't even have enough staff to cover the work we already have, Scheduling is always wrong as one manager does 3 schedules and training paperwork
