      Pros

      Great for part-time work while I was a student. Clock-in, clock-out. I was solely assigned to a firm that let me work weekends or whenever I requested and at times one-off events/functions in downtown when I have time.

      Cons

      If you're not consistently assigned to a firm with a regular work schedule, it can be tricky to use your accrued sick hours. You can only take sick leave when you have an active assignment, so be mindful of this when planning your requests... hint hint*

      Not sure if any. Temp agency work is a shoe best fit by function. What are you looking for in a job, permanence, part time, what? You have to be willing to job hop sometimes to find that "fit".

      Pros

      Owner Debra Mugnani very helpful and flexible with how jobs are done. Was so flexible that they allowed me to automate data entry, even when there wasn't complete promise to it's success. Takes good care of interns. Flexible scheduling for part-time work.

      Cons

      Commute to city challenging from south bay. Not that many high tech jobs. Temporary employment may not always last, but a good starting point for a career.
