Pros
- One of the most renowned restaurants in Cincinnati area - Usually great clientele, including local celebs - Free meal (from select menu) each night you work + a discount - Fast-paced, made the nights go quickly
Cons
- Bussing staff and some of the wait staff could be fairly rough behind the scenes including one employee who even carelessly tossed large kitchen knives - VERY busy Saturday nights made for hectic experiences and tense moments with management (as can probably be expected at most restaurants) - Bussers often talked down to by waiters and waitresses
