So, where to start... is it that bosses yell at employees? Or maybe that they fire people without a hearing? Or maybe that there's no training, and they require you to be over-qualified? Well, if you have a desire to be scolded by your bosses for making your own tea in the morning, then join this company sooner rather than later!!!! If you want to be fired and led by the hands out of the office for no reason, then apply sooner than later!!!! You are not Asian and want to feel racially disadvantaged, then you are here too. If you are promised bonuses at the interview, forget it, you will never see them. The bosses don't give a care about you, the main thing they want is to suck money into their pockets. I sympathize with everyone who worked there or is still working there.
