      Pros

      Amazing work life balance (unlimited vacation), great pay and benefits. Projects and programs that are exciting and advanced. Flexible work from home/office schedule. Employees are valued and appreciated.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of accountability for those that don't perform well. This company is silo style, and there is little to no onboarding/training. Once you fumble through and learn who to contact and what needs to be completed, it starts to jive.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
