• Unqualified leadership • Micromanagement • Unclear communication • Zero remote flexibility • Zero onboarding • Consistent bottlenecking of important projects • No clear objectives or mission statement • Unnecessarily lengthy meetings I unfortunately was compelled to leave this review because my experience was that bad. Previous negative reviews still ring true on every level so I did my best not to repeat everything again. The harsh truth is that ownership is unsuccessfully attempting to scale past the 12-15 employee mark.
