Pros
The members of the team with their boots on the ground building the products are kind, hard working, motivated people. When setup for success, these are teams that can and will produce. You will also gain insights into the web3 field if that's something you want to dip your toes in.
Cons
As unbelievable as it may seem, all of the negative reviews are 100% factual. Leadership is struggling to figure out who we are and what is our silver bullet for staying alive in this industry. It's resulting in a lot of frantic decision-making. Throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. This is very normal for an early stage company. What is appalling is how management treats the builders of the company (product managers, designers, engineers, etc.) when their ideas don't stick. People are fired left and right, spoken down to, talked about to others, threatened, and more. The finger of blame is always pointed downstream rather than at themselves for being the ones steering the ship off the cliff. The only way to ever be praised, recognized, or even just appreciated is by being a member of the "in crowd". The yes men who work all day and night and do as they're told are the most liked. Once you're in the out crowd, your fate is sealed. There is zero sense of job security here and most people are so jaded by the culture that they're one foot out anyway (preparing to be fired for nothing or seeking out another job to escape working here).
