Pay isn't bad for a cleaner

They just don't have enough clients here in the States. No one will contact you in regards to previously mentioned. You can go weeks without getting a client. Clients can say virtually anything about you, it will result in a negative mark against you and they get a free cleaning out of it. So guess what the unscrupulous client is going to do?

Steady work that seemed to really pick up once I developed a system and started getting great feedback from customers. Much easier to get work and get paid than when I was on my own. The support team are super friendly.

Can be physically demanding especially during busy times. Working independently and managing my time can be challenging.
