Pros

I wish I had something to say here, but they need to look at their placement staff and who they get into bed with.

Cons

I am writing as someone that used this firm as an employee service. Do not use them. They work with employers that interview simply to fill their potential employee quiver. Most likely the job is not open to be filled or you will be outing some poor fool that the has a Psycho for a boss and NO ONE gets along with him.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately our customers dictate the skills and abilities they need to hire and ultimately make the decision to interview, extend offers, and ultimately hire talent. Furthermore, on rare occasions, our team may chase ghosts because of miss communications. (Customer internally closed a job and did not communicate that decision with the staffing vendor.)

Pros

Flexible schedule, great work life balance, very supportive of people with families. Management is willing spend money to make money ~ willing to purchase new software and tools to let the recruiters remain competative in the market.

Cons

It is a small organziation so if you are looking for a larger corporate environment, this is not the place for you.
