The pay can be better

Hours are great for OFFICE STAFF. But they always have drama from management down.

The place is written well but it is the dinosaur. They are clearly divided into colors and they are not making all employees follow the same rules. Managers hire and promote their friends kids meanwhile they ignore well qualified people.
