Cons
This place has so much potential but it will sadly never realize it due to its lack of leadership. The owner of the place is overly involved in every part of the business which results in delays across the company. They will also be impossible to reach but will expect you to be on-call, meaning work-life balance can be non-existent. Leadership repeatedly demonstrated a lack of accountability and professionalism which created a hostile work environment and poor company culture. There’s also a revolving door of HR employees which means that most of the time there wont be anyone to voice concerns to. While the company does it’s best to present itself as a well-run business, it does not have nearly the amount of internal resources it needs to function properly which leads to frustrated, overworked employees.
