Pros
There was a good sense of work life balance, and i was able to get my weekends and most evenings off even though i was only part time.
Cons
Being micro managed, only having a 30 min break for 7.5 hours of working. Being very bored and unmotivated. Also having your flaws pointed out at every oppurtunity
