terrible company - Accountant Morguard Employee Review

Do not work for this company. The staff is extremely rude, i have heard many racist comments in this office, the office is always dirty, i was told I will get a raise but never did, there is no growth in this company. If you want to work in real estate do not work at morguard, its competitors offer better wages and benefits, including HSA/PSA which moruard does not offer, as well as more personal time. (Slate, Brookfields, Triovest, Northview and many more). There was no proper training at this company and you will be screamed at for making mistakes. Multiple managers at this company have been unprofessional and there is high turnover.
