Work life balance within the company is well respected, time off is easy to come by and many employees enjoy working from home office around the country .
Cons
compensation is far below industry average if you do not fully the generous benefits plans offered within the firm. If you do fully take advantage of the opportunities there, the overall compensation is good. Career planning could be better managed as well as feedback mechanisms.
