Pros
There are a lot of smart people. The benefits are excellent especially the 401k. The culture is fun and interesting. Good parties in the summer and a decent holiday party. Interesting applications.
Cons
Lower than average salary for financial industry. Sometimes it seems that there is poor communication between the mid to senior-level managers. Career advancement is not as open as it could be. Overall OK place.
