Pros
The benefits at Morningstar and the corporate culture are best in class. The opportunities for advancement are there, but the business groups can be cliquish.
Cons
Human resources can be secretive. I received two job offers at once within the firm, and they would not tell me the compensation package until I decided which offer I wanted to accept. The business units also operate as silos sometimes.
