Recent changes have been challenging. When an organization undergoes a change many will be left feeling frustrated and unsure about the future, which is natural.

Great mission and some hard working team members.

Incompetent leadership. Terrible board. The board cannot keep a good CEO, and tries to manage a nonprofit without respect to the roles and responsibilities of staff. They push out good leaders, drag their feet while allowing incompentent interims and then hire leaders without any nonprofit experience. The board always wants to profit off investments vs. investing in the mission. Board is run by family members and they do not understand how nonprofits work, leadership or have good ethics.
