Exciting and dynamic environment. Interesting and demanding retail distribution. The service to customers were second to none with no delivery failures in five years to Sainsbury s' for the ABP contract for instance.
Cons
Very competitive environment the company frequently "few close to the wind" with regard to legalities. Conditions involved long hours and poor pay for employees as Morris Transport were competing against larger better resourced competitors.
